Ayushman Mitra Recruitment 2018: Eligibility Criteria

The fraction of unemployed youth in India is increasing at a rapid rate. Therefore, the government has launched a new scheme called Ayushman Mitra Bharati under an existing scheme Ayushman Bharat Yojana, which aims at offering around 10 lakh jobs to the unemployed youth in the country. The scheme seeks to eliminate unemployment and offers jobs to as many young students as possible.

Eligibility Criteria

Read on to find the eligibility criteria for Ayushman Mitra Recruitment 2018. The age limit is in the range of 18 – 30 years. The minimum educational qualification is that the candidates should have passed their 12th standard examination from a recognised board. The mode of selection will be based on training or examination.

Brief Description 

The list of vacant posts includes ambulance driver, paramedical staff, helper, doctors, nurse, insurance agent, pharmacist, and ward boy. This recruitment drive started in the month of September 2018. The Ayushman Mitra Recruitment placement will be in policy making, call centre, private as well as government hospitals. The pay scale is INR 15,000 per month.

Ayushman Cards 

The government will print and hand-deliver about 110 million ‘family cards’ for the Ayushman Mitra Bharati scheme. The central government will also set up a call centre in the capital to attend to complaints and queries from citizens about the scheme and assist them when they are outside their home states.
